The Guilford County Schools Building program includes $1.3B in capital projects. Brownstone, in partnership with MEG, is responsible for improving the learning environment district-wide. This will consist of rebuilding facilities on existing sites, new construction on several new sites, and eliminating mobile classrooms districtwide. Brownstone will also be responsible for the $515M maintenance program to upgrade safety, technology, and security across 100% of schools in Guilford County.
