As a result of our prior success with Dillon Four, Brownstone was re-hired as the Program Manager for Dillon School District Four’s 2021 – 2024 Building Program. The $60 Million building program includes the construction of a new $6M Replacement I.T. and Adult Education Building located on property adjacent to the District Office. Led by Brownstone personnel, the construction team received occupancy approval from OSF in 2024 for the New Consolidated Elementary School, which replaced the aging elementary facilities in the Dillon attendance zone. With a total project budget of $40M, the new 120,000SF facility will accommodate over 1,000 students.

Additional Brownstone work assignments included various maintenance projects in the Dillon and Lake View areas.
