Industry Leader Terence Easton Joins CSL Consulting as Chief Executive Officer

Burlington, MA – July 20, 2026 – CSL Consulting LLC (“CSL Consulting” or “CSL”), a leading owner’s representative, project management, and construction management firm serving clients across New England and the Southeastern U.S., announced that Terence Easton joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer on July 20, 2026.
Terence is a seasoned leader whose entire career has been dedicated to the engineering and construction services industries built on teamwork, trust, and technical excellence. He spent nearly 30 years at Fluor, advancing from an entry level role to President of its $1.5B infrastructure business. Most recently, over nearly six years as Chief Executive Officer of TritenIAG, a Owner’s Project Management and Construction Management serving the energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets, he led a transformation that strengthened the organization’s operating systems, expanded its market reach, and cultivated a culture centered on people and performance.
What sets Terence apart is his belief that people are the engine of every successful professional services firm. He has consistently invested in coaching, career development, and building environments where individuals feel engaged, supported, and empowered to grow.
Terence’s appointment comes as CSL enters its next phase of growth. Since partnering with NMS Capital in November 2024, CSL has expanded its geographic footprint and capabilities, including the 2025 acquisition of Brownstone Construction Group in the Southeastern U.S. Going forward, the Company plans to enhance its organic growth with a disciplined acquisition strategy, strengthening its presence in existing markets while expanding into new geographies and end markets.
“Terence is exactly the leader CSL needs for this next chapter,” said Brian Kirkpatrick, CSL Board Member. “He has scaled specialized services firms before, and his people-first, client-centric approach is a natural fit with the culture this team has built. His track record of developing talented teams, deepening client relationships, and building the infrastructure to support growth makes him the ideal partner as CSL expands both organically and through acquisition.”
“CSL already has the ingredients for success: talented people, strong client relationships, and a culture that values excellence,” Terence shared. “My goal is to build on that foundation and help us grow our market share, expand our regional presence, and create long term career opportunities for our teams. I’m excited to join this team, learn from them, and work together to shape CSL’s future.”
