Cooke Hall Residence Hall

CSL acted as the OPM on this dormitory project. The project consisted of (2) new wood framed 4 story dormitories. The buildings were constructed using a panelized system. Each building consists of 45 single student rooms and 4 faculty resident apartments. Each faulty apartment contains of; 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and a kitchen. Site work, landscaping, and the construction of a parking was included in this project.
