Transforming a private home into an educational space.

The project at 45 Waltham Road in Wayland, Massachusetts involved a transformation from a residential home to an educational facility to house the Carroll School Upper School program. This construction project included interior renovations, along with new fire protection and fire alarm systems, ADA upgrades, and other required MEP upgrades, effectively converting the private home into an academy building. Additionally, two athletic fields were added to the rear of the site, and the front lot was enhanced to accommodate faculty, staff, and visitor parking, as well as pick-up and drop-off activities.
