The project consisted of two four unit townhomes that provide increased faculty availability for the students, improved sense of community, good working conditions, an enhancement to the Groton Identity, and a foundation for additional faculty housing buildings. Each unit is 10,000 SF with four-units, a living space on the first and second floor in three units and one single level fully accessible unit. The project was designed to achieved LEED Silver certification.
