WASSERSTEIN HALL

CSL performed furniture relocation and relocation management for one of Harvard Law School’s academic buildings, which included the management and relocation of over 30 campus groups including key campus services such as dining services, mail services, the campus copy center, IT and media services departments. CSL was recognized by an internal HLS committee for being paramount in creating a seamless move-in process for building occupants while working closely with support groups, including facilities management, moving contractors, IT and telecommunications. CSL worked with the design team, owner and various vendors to evaluate buyout risks and timing options while also developing a procurement strategy that leveraged the buying power of the University within a competitive marketplace. CSL achieved a 10% budget savings for Harvard Law School on their FF&E package.
