City View Housing Complex

The City View Student Housing project for Holy Cross delivered a new 144-bed townhouse-style residence hall. The work included demolishing several existing wood-frame structures and constructing new wood-frame townhouse units to serve as student housing. Construction began in the summer of 2022, and the project opened for the Fall 2023 semester.
