City View Housing Complex

The City View Student Housing project for Holy Cross consisted of a 144-bed town house style dormitory housing spread over three separate buildings.  The project involved the demolition of multiple wood frame structures and rerouting of City utilities to enable the work.  The buildings were the first phase of a potential two-phase project to build additional town house style living on campus.
