Outpatient Masterplanning

The BILH Burlington campus redevelopment relocates outpatient clinics to nearby buildings, with Phase 1 clearing a floor for a renovated medical-surgical unit, scheduled for completion in February 2025. Scope includes design, construction, cost tracking, and end-user coordination, using a collaborative approach to improve efficiency and cost certainty. Phase 1 progress includes completed relocations for Rheumatology and Neurology, with Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management under construction.
