Saving the client millions in efficient design analysis

This healthcare project consisted of upgrading the clinic’s existing structure, mechanical systems, and utilities, including exam, phlebotomy, treatment, and consult rooms, medical offices, radioactive pharmacy, and clinical trial and multilevel reception areas. Before Dana-Farber accepted the existing design-build contract, CSL consultants identified core/shell mechanical design deficiencies, which helped avoid schedule delays and saved approximately $1M in additional project costs. Through thorough structural upgrades and efficient consulting, CSL contributed to significant project savings while ensuring the highest standards of healthcare.
