SAMUELS & ASSOCIATES CONTINUUM – ALLSTON

Residential and Retail Commons provides space for community engagement.

CSL supported Samuels & Associates during the construction of the Continuum Allston with our construction mitigation services. The Continuum Residential and Retail Commons is located in the North Allston neighborhood of Boston at the doorstep of Harvard University’s 300-acre Allston Campus. This project included approximately 350,000 SF of ground floor retail, both subterranean and on-street parking, and 325 residential units, including studios, one bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedroom units. The project also included a grounds plan which accommodates outdoor dining, a farmer’s market, of other informal events.
