Historic refurbishment project rooted in local collaboration.

CSL served as the owner’s project representative on the refurbishment of a seven-story, 65,000-square-foot office building located in Harvard Square, which also included the restoration of the historic MBTA Conductor’s Building on the same block, requiring close coordination with the MBTA, city agencies, and abutters to ensure that the process was communicated and expectations were set. This involved overseeing various aspects of the construction projects to ensure their successful completion.
