CSL provided Owner’s Project Representative services for a new lab and office expansion/renovation in Bedford, MA. The project included management of the design team (Oracle internal and external design consultants) Facilities, Oracle internal and external vendors, space planning, FF&E, GIT, and security upgrades from concept to construction completion, including landlord coordination within an occupied lab and office space. This project exemplifies CSL’s expertise in managing ground-up construction projects, contributing to the development of cutting-edge headquarters facilities for our clients.
