New Dormitory and Staff Apartment Complex

The highly fast tracked new dormitory build consisted of 44 new student beds and 4 staff living apartments.  The building needed to be constructed in 11 months on a undeveloped parcel of land adjacent to limited school student housing for K-8^th grade students. The project involved close coordination with City officials while construction occurred in the middle of an active campus.
