SMITH COLLEGE CLARK SCIENCE CENTER

Smith Science Center renovated and coordinated on precise timeline.

This multi-phase project involved the renovation to the existing 5-building science complex upon completion of Ford Hall. The decompression resulted in 30,000 sf of vacated space and shifted an additional 15,000 sf of program space. Programs within the Science Center include neurology, biology, environmental sciences, math, physics, and animal research. The projects were staggered to address programming requirements, as well as to prudently address life safety, infrastructure and ADA upgrades. CSL provided full project management services on this phased project executed while the building was occupied.
