RETAIL PHARMACY

Project planning, oversight design and construction services for Lynn’s new Retail Pharmacy within the existing Lynn Community Health Center. The pharmacy offers a convenient, calming, and pleasant atmosphere, much like a high-end hotel lobby, for existing patients as well as future clients to consult a physician and fill their prescriptions in one location. For this Retail Pharmacy project, approximately 4,500 sf of existing space at LCHC was renovated into a new retail pharmacy while incorporating institutional rebranding and updating the future vision of LCHC. The renovated space is visible to the existing lobby with minor cosmetic upgrades made to adjacent spaces that were visible to the project scope of work.
