We managed the programming, design, construction, and relocation of the Radiology Oncology Clinic at the Burlington Campus. The $42M project encompassed the full relocation of two Varian Edge linear accelerators, one Philips Big Bore CT, and the design and build-out of a new HDR suite. Each procedure room required extensive equipment installations beyond the primary systems, including the Varian Identify system, an Elect CT mobile imaging ring, and a Respiratory Gait Scanner (RGSC). In addition to the clinical spaces, the project included exterior improvements featuring a new patient drop-off area, canopy, and entry ways, all constructed directly adjacent to an active helideck. The clinic also introduced a new lobby, reception area, administrative offices, and a clinical suite with 10 exam rooms. The project was completed in December 2024.
