Reframing residential housing through modern design.

CSL was the Owner’s Project Manager for the renovation of this existing residential housing. The scope of work included full removal and replacement of all MEP systems, majority of walls and ceilings being replaced with new, additional framing to construct the designed spaces, replacement of roofing & windows, construction of a new garage and a full FF&E package that was installed in the house.
