CONSERVATION LAW FOUNDATION
62 SUMMER STREET

Going fossil fuel-free in nonprofit renovation.

CSL worked with the Conservation Law Foundation to renovate the non-profit foundation’s headquarters on Summer Street in downtown Boston. The work included selective demolition, interior renovations, MEP upgrades and finish upgrades, including paint and carpet. As part of the project, the entire HVAC system was replaced with a new and more efficient system that saves energy and met the client’s goal of becoming fossil fuel-free. This project exemplifies CSL’s commitment to sustainability in renovation projects. The conference and meeting areas were upgraded and included new audio-visual equipment, allowing CLF to conduct video conferencing with their satellite offices around New England.
