CONSERVATION LAW FOUNDATION
62 SUMMER STREET

Going fossil fuel free in nonprofit renovation.

CSL is working with Conservation Law Foundation on a renovation to the nonprofit foundation’s headquarters on Summer Street in downtown Boston. The work includes selective demolition, interior renovations, MEP upgrades and finish upgrades including paint and carpet. As part of the project, the entire HVAC system is being replaced with a new and more efficient system that saves energy and meet the client goal of being fossil fuel free. The conference and meeting areas are being upgraded and include new audio-visual equipment to allow CLF to conduct video conferencing with their satellite offices around New England.
