PRECISION NANOSYSTEMS EVOLUTION HEADQUARTERS

Precision Nanosystems’ new Evolution project will serve as their new flagship facility, providing nearly 80,000sf of new office, R&D laboratory, and cGMP cleanroom manufacturing space across 3 floors of an existing core/shell building. The new space will allow for significant expansion of the current building, including existing nanomedicine manufacturing platforms and contract therapeutics manufacturing services for clinical trial materials and commercial products. The new space includes over 10,000sf of ISO-5 cleanroom to allow for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation and aseptic filling.

Working directly with the owner, CSL was hired after design was nearly completed and worked to align the project scope with the project budget while maintaining the critical, fast-track fitout schedule. CSL is providing full Project Management support, including oversight and reporting of the project budget and schedule, management of the design and construction teams, and interface with the client’s internal stakeholders both locally and internationally.
