GUEST ROOM RENOVATIONS

Serving as the owner’s representative on the hotel’s revitalization project.

CSL acted as owner’s representative on the renovation project of the Charles Hotel, located in Harvard Square. The project included the full renovation of all guest rooms and suites, including living areas and bathrooms. All loose lighting in the guest rooms living areas were replaced with new, hardwired sconces and recessed lighting, and all corridors were renovated with new wallpaper, painting, carpeting, and wood molding.
