CSL providing OPM and clerk of the works services in support of the core and shell office building for a life sciences tenant. This new ten-story, state-of-the-art building includes two levels of above grade parking, three levels of below grade parking, loading docks, MEP equipment rooms, tenant space and nine floors of shell/core office space. CSL’s responsibilities included providing project reporting to client senior leadership and project lender and investor representatives, project controls, construction management mitigation, quality control and testing, permit management and compliance, contract management, brownfield tax credit analyses, and interfacing with separate tenant improvement (TI) team to implement scope changes impacting the lease.
