ERLINGKLINGER NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY

Auto parts manufacturer ErlingKlinger is currently constructing 2 new buildings to house the first phase of their first American EV Battery production plant. The new facility will include 210,000sf of battery production space and 35,000sf of R&D laboratory and office space. The production area includes electrode manufacturing, cell assembly, formation and aging, module/pack assembly, and quality control space. Specialized utility design includes a high capacity electrical supply to run the fully electrified building, ISO-4 and ISO-7 cleanroom space, and specialized fire suppression.

CSL is providing Tenant Representation services on this project, including providing ongoing project controls, risk management, financial analysis, executive reporting, and oversight of the design/build contractor for the tenant fitout portion of the work, as well as representing the Owner’s interests for the landlord’s core/shell design and construction and supporting the Owner in permitting efforts with both the local municipal authorities and the state.
