Charleston County School District (CCSD) is the second largest school system in South Carolina

Centralizing campus athletics in a modernized facility.

CSL acted as the OPM on this dormitory project. The project consisted of (2) new wood framed 4 story dormitories.

Over the four-year program, Brownstone guided DCSD leadership through community engagement, land acquisition, standardization requirements, architect and contactor selections, cost control, and bidding prior to beginning construction.

As a result of our prior success with Dillon Four, Brownstone was re-hired as the Program Manager for Dillon School District Four’s 2021 – 2024 Building Program.

Early College High School is a new, state-of-the-art school, constructed on the existing site of the Historic Fraser Campus, in the Historic Downtown Charleston, SC.
