The Challenge

New construction of a five-story office building that includes sustainable design solutions, such as strategic orientation to the sun for energy efficiency, CO2 sensors, gen2 elevators, energy efficient MEP systems and high-efficiency glazing.

The Solution

Our design teams completed a comprehensive Core & Shell/Tenant Improvement CD package. We coordinated the separate core-and-shell tenant improvement architect, interior designer, civil engineer and MEP designers in separate contracts. We also provided a complete FF&E scope and move management strategy review.

The Key Benefits

CSL helped Oracle achieve schedule and cost savings with our design management, procurement strategy and contract reviews. CSL’s cost-saving ideas on geo/environmental issues totaled $2M.
