Construction Mitigation
Construction projects aren’t built in a vacuum. Negative impact on neighborhoods and institutional communities can impair progress and ultimately, damage valuable relationships. Management of these relationships – and the negotiation, monitoring and response they require – create an additional layer of responsibility for the project’s owner.
From complex house moves to billion-dollar master plans, CSL’s Construction Mitigation team assumes this responsibility. They minimize risk and facilitate problem solving through proactive planning, regular monitoring of job sites, open communication with all stakeholders and enforcement of agreements.
We work problems internally and externally – solving construction-related issues, while engaging the community with innovative communication tools: call centers to process complaints; databases to track calls; and on-line technologies to communicate project updates, schedules and logistics.
CSL’s success is rooted in our ability to assess, navigate and manage multi-layered relationships – those among institutions, community residents, political and civic leaders, public works and commercial entities. Our resources and contacts help facilitate quick resolutions. Our logistical expertise is often compared to that of a well-seasoned superintendent.
