Overview

Most institutions, companies and commercial entities setting out to develop construction and capital improvements projects face significant voids in their own internal staffing. They can’t go it alone. CSL offers three service lines that address the most critical voids and ensure a project’s successful completion:

  1. as a stand-alone service where CSL manages a project or process; or
  1. as a supplement to managing projects where we have ongoing relationships with other consultants in the areas of architecture, engineering, cost estimating and commissioning.
