Project: Dean’s House

The project scope includes full masonry repairs of the exterior building façade and landscape walls, and the demolition of a secondary door on the front façade.

All exterior windows were replaced; exterior wood trim and gutters were restored or replaced as needed; the slate roof was waterproofed and replaced; and the attic was insulated.

The project concluded by removing and replacing existing landscaping with plantings more suitable for the size of the house.
