Harvard has implemented a comprehensive Construction Mitigation Program for the projects in Allston.

The first project will include four building components and total approximately 530,000 square feet of above-ground floor area in active program use for Harvard’s science initiatives, including an auditorium and multi-purpose room.

It also includes approximately 150,000 square feet of shared research support facilities below-grade, an underground energy facility, loading and mechanical facilities, and below-grade parking for approximately 350 vehicles.
