Project: Joseph R. Curry Academic Center

The building was programmed to include classrooms for the sciences, wet laboratories, theatrical studios, athletic rooms, administrative offices, and conference rooms.

The masonry clad building was the first implementation of a new building in accordance with the Master Plan.

This project begins the integration of the academic hub within a new residential community that is planned for Phase 2.

This project also involved the upgrade of the central HVAC plant on campus to allow for the proposed building expansion.
