Project: Ford Hall

This project begins the development of a new science quadrant on the Smith campus.

The programs for the building include Chemistry, Engineering, Molecular Sciences and Computer Science.

The Silver LEED rating is being pursued, and unique design elements include a green roof, grey water system, and demonstration energy system.

Project cost: $57 million
Total construction: 142,600 sf
