Bentley Copley Residence Halls

Project: Copley North and South Residence Halls

The project was ground up construction for two buildings totaling 101,000 gsf and 325 beds spread through suite style rooms.

The block and plank construction allowed for the repetitive use of floor plans including two, three, and four bedroom suites.

Each suite had a common kitchenette, study room, living room, and multi bathrooms.

Additional common spaces were programmed including laundry and mail facilities, study rooms per floor, a game room, and a banquet room.
