Project: Pheasant Lane Mall

As part of the project, the former Macy’s building will be demolished and replaced with a 2-wing lifestyles expansion to the existing mall totaling 45,000 sf.

The project will also involve a renovation to the existing mall space.

The renovation proposes new flooring finishes, handrail replacement, new lighting scheme, and an upgrade of the food court.

Total construction: 165,000 sf
