Project: Falcone Apartment Complex

The scope of this project involved the interior renovation and new roof systems for three separate apartment style dormitory buildings.

Each apartment had all new finishes, ADA, mechanical, and fire protection upgrades and installations.

Additionally, each apartment’s kitchen and bathroom was completely reconstructed with higher end finishes installed.

Project cost: $5 million
Total construction: 45,000 sf
