This project involves the renovation to the existing 5-building science complex upon completion of the Engineering and Molecular Sciences Building.

The decompression will result in 30,000 gsf of vacated space and shifting an additional 15,000 gsf of program space.

The projects are staggered to address programming requirements as well as to prudently address life safety and ADA upgrades.

Project cost: $10 million
