Project: New Student Center

This project was ground up construction for a 70,000 gsf student center.

The building was a combination framing of structural steel and heavy timber.

The function of the building was to become the main dining facility of the campus, including a full service kitchen, servery and dining room seating for 400 students.

Additional programming included a center spline skylight, student activity offices, a multi-denominational religious space, the international student facilities, multi-purpose room, billiards and game room, and pub.
