CSL provided owner representation services for the abatement and structural demolition of an existing four-story mall expansion, including a newly developed Nordstrom anchor store. The unique approach to foundation systems, steel erection and exterior envelope construction expedited pad delivery to Nordstrom and mitigated negative impacts on the community.
