The mission of CSL is to offer trust-based, client-focused construction consulting services to educational, medical and corporate institutions, thereby helping our clients fulfill their own missions through growth and expansion.

- Effective management of capital and maintenance projects, specifically offering Owner’s Representative services, Project Management and Construction Mitigation services;
