Our Team

CSL’s partners and associates are grounded in shared values and a common approach to delivering the highest quality services to our clients. As the company’s founding partners, Marc Cammarota, Enzo Scalora and Edward LeFlore created a unified vision of collaboration and teamwork that sets the tone for every CSL engagement. Their partnership offers clients a seamless consistency—at least one partner is fully involved in every project, not just in an oversight role—and a powerful leadership example to CSL’s associates.

CSL’s associates are the company’s most valued assets. These experienced professionals practice in the areas of architecture, engineering, business management, project management, public relations and facilities management. CSL is committed to further developing their expertise through internal collaborations and exposure to professional and educational opportunities.

Notably, and in the spirit of our trust-based approach to business, each associate is hired and assigned based on the specific needs of a project and the personal chemistry of individual clients.

Meet the CSL principals:

Overview

Founded in 2006, CSL is a construction consulting firm located in Burlington, Massachusetts. The firm’s principals and associates offer three lines of service to institutional, corporate and commercial markets:

  • Owner’s Representative
  • Project Management
  • Construction Mitigation

Recognizing a shift towards outsourcing, CSL’s founders — Marc Cammarota, Enzo Scalora and Edward LeFlore — created a company that provides distinctive management expertise to educational, medical and corporate institutions during capital improvement and maintenance projects.

CSL’s vision for success is rooted in a trust-based approach to doing business: We will always act in a client’s best interests. We do so through personal service and a commitment to innovation.

CSL is the consultant of choice for a range of high-profile clients, including Harvard University, Fidelity Investments, Bentley College and Simon Property Group. Combined, we have provided construction public relations for master plans valued at more than $1 billion, and have managed capital projects in excess of $500 million.

All of CSL’s client engagements have resulted in 100% repeat business.
