Edward LeFlore
Ed brings construction mitigation expertise to CSL, the only construction consulting firm that specializes in this service. A recognized leader, problem solver and creative thinker, Ed applies his communication and project management skills to resolve worksite issues and build positive community relationships. He has been instrumental in helping CSL’s client, Harvard University, manage more than 20 multimillion-dollar construction projects. Enzo Scalora
Enzo has helped CSL grow into one of the leading construction consulting firms in New England. As a team leader, he takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to developing and controlling budgets, schedules and quality. He understands the importance of fostering strong relationships with all constituents early in the project life cycle and keeping them involved. Prior to joining CSL, he worked as a general contractor and as an owner’s representative. Throughout his career, he has been involved in university, biotech/pharmaceutical, residential, office and retail projects. Because of this project diversity, he understands the need for customized, results-driven solutions. Enzo has a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Bentley University.
Marc Cammarota
Marc shares joint responsibility for managing teams and processes to ensure that every CSL project achieves the client’s objectives. He takes a hands-on approach, including attending public meetings during the permitting phase, engaging both the client staff and the designers in the design management phase, and being on-site regularly to solve construction issues with the construction field and office staff. He understands the importance of balancing the needs of different project user groups within the scope, budget and schedule parameters set by the project’s stakeholders. As a result, he has been engaged as the lead on a number of Master Planning efforts and then retained to manage the projects resulting from those efforts. Marc has an MBA and BS in Civil Engineering, and more than 19 years of experience in the planning, design and construction industries.
